Left-hand threaded fine thread hex nut according to DIN 934 standard, property class 8, plain (uncoated). Left-hand threads are used where rotation or operating torque could otherwise loosen a standard right-hand threaded nut, for example in rotating tools where the direction of rotation instead contributes to tightening. The fine thread provides increased thread engagement per unit length and enables more controlled tightening. The plain surface is intended for dry environments. Used together with left-hand fine threaded bolts or screws of corresponding property class. Available in multiple sizes from SWEBOLT & BOTNIA BOLT.
