General Terms of Sale and Delivery: NLS 10

For custom-made items, the following additional terms also apply:

Prices:
All prices in the current price list are exclusive of VAT. Prices are stated as gross SEK per unit unless otherwise specified. Tools and consumables are normally priced per piece.

Payment Terms:
Payment term is 30 days net from invoice date. Late payments will be subject to default interest. Reminder fees and interest will be charged for overdue payments. Any discrepancies in delivery and/or delivered goods must be reported in writing

to the supplier within 7 days.

Freight:
All prices in the current price list are ex works our warehouse in Järfälla. Express deliveries are charged according to agreement on each occasion. Deliveries within Greater Stockholm are handled by contracted transport providers and charged according

to freight agreement. Any backorders will be delivered free of freight or as agreed.

Packaging:
Packaging quantities are stated per article type and page. Deviations may occur. Standard packaging is carton, bag, or plastic box depending on product type and dimension.

Minimum Order:
Minimum invoice amount is SEK 500 net, excluding freight and packaging. Does not apply to backorders and procurement orders.

Packaging Charges:
Packaging is charged to the customer at cost for each delivery.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may only be cancelled subject to agreement with us. Cancellation of custom-made items cannot be accepted.

Certificates:
Certificates and inspection documents are charged at cost, currently SEK 75. Applies to stock items and certificates/documents ordered at the time of order. Other certificates are charged according to quotation.

Returns of Goods

Returns are accepted only with an attached copy of our delivery note and subject to our approval. Custom-made items and non-stock items are not accepted for return. Please contact us for return instructions. Approved returns will be credited at

80% of the invoiced price.
